The visible "Christian" Church at the end of the 20th Century was showing its battle wounds. As it has begun its trek into the 21st Century, it really does not seem to be doing much better. At least not here in America. The visible church has become largely a business. I believe that if the visible church continues on its course it will be facing extinction very soon. The problem is in its foundation: It really does not believe in God, the Holy Spirit, or the power of Jesus Christ. That may sound like a powerful judgment, but I believe it to be very true.
